Karie Hedglin
Project Administrator

Karie provides administrative assistance to the Project Managers.

She handles accounts receivable, which includes processing time submitted by staff, tracking subcontractor and field related expenses, producing project invoices, processing payment receipts and assisting project managers in maintaining project budgets.

Karie is also responsible for setting up and maintaining all accounting files for clients, and for obtaining subcontractor agreements and insurance certificates.

For clients that qualify, Karie prepares and submits applications for reimbursement to the NH Department of Environmental Services Petroleum Fund program.
