Kathy Baxter, PG
Senior Hydrogeologist

Kathy has more than 30 years of experience in permitting, environmental auditing, regulatory compliance, and remedial investigation of industrial, municipal, institutional, and commercial real estate sites nationwide. These projects have involved VOCs, PCBs, metals, and petroleum compounds in soil, sediments, groundwater, surface water, and/or indoor air.

She has authored hundreds of ASTM Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, MCP Phase I-V Reports, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, hazardous waste and emergency response management plans, soil/groundwater management plans, and sustainability plans.

She has provided assistance to several municipalities on U.S. EPA-funded Brownfields projects.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Northeastern University, and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Clemson University.

She is a registered Professional Geologist in the State of New Hampshire and serves as Aries’ Health and Safety Director.
