Steve is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in permitting, feasibility study, engineering design, and construction management and decommissioning projects.

He has successfully worked nationwide with many commercial real estate clients, Fortune 500 industries, government agencies, institutional clients, and numerous universities.

Steve has served as Project Manager or Lead Engineer for RCRA, TSCA, Superfund, and NRC remediation projects. For commercial real estate clients he’s provided ASTM Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, ALTA surveys, geotechnical investigations, Property Condition Assessments, Zoning Analysis Reports, lead, hazardous materials, mold, asbestos surveys, and asbestos abatement and demolition project management services.

Steve graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado and earned a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tufts University.

He is a Licensed Site Professional (LSP) in Massachusetts, and has served as LSP of Record for dozens of waste site cleanups.
