Stuart conducts site assessments, site characterizations, site remediation, asbestos inspections, and site conditions modeling.

He has monitored in-situ remedial injections including surfactants and oxidants, measured and assessed light non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL), and interpreted remedial monitoring data. He is also proficient in Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Rochester and is a Geologist-in-Training (GIT).
